Home » World No. 1 Nelly Korda Chasing History at The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican; Headlines World-Class Field, Nov. 11-15

Entries are now closed for the 2026 The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican, boasting one of the strongest fields in its seven-year history when 108 of the world’s best female professional golfers converge upon Tampa Bay and Pelican Golf Club, Nov. 11-15.

The world-class field is headlined by Rolex Rankings World No. 1 and Bradenton resident Nelly Korda, who will be chasing history at The ANNIKA next week. She is one point shy in becoming eligible for the LPGA Hall of Fame after winning the 2026 Rolex Player of the Year Award on Tuesday. She can earn that final point for entry into the Hall of Fame with a victory at The ANNIKA.

A three-time winner at The ANNIKA, Korda will also look to become the first LPGA professional to win the same event for a fourth time since Hall of Famer and The ANNIKA tournament namesake Annika Sörenstam achieved this feat in 2005. With a win, Korda can become the first player in LPGA history to win a single tournament at least four times in seven appearances.

Joining Korda in the tournament field are 14 of the top-25 players in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, including No. 3 Haeran Ryu, No. 7 Lottie Woad, No. 8 Charley Hull, No. 9 Sei Young Kim, No. 12 Brooke Henderson, No. 14 Gaby Lopez, No. 15 Ina Yoon, No. 16 Hye-Jin Choi, No. 18 Aki Iwai, No. 20 Lauren Coughlin, No. 22 Mao Saigo, No. 24 Auston Kim and No. 25 Esther Henseleit.

All four of the tournament’s past champions are entered into the tournament, including defending champion Linn Grant, three-time champion Korda, 2023 champion Lilia Vu and 2020 champion Kim. Korda will look to become the first four-time winner of an LPGA Tour event since tournament namesake Annika in 2005.

Previously announced sponsor invitations include University of Miami sophomore preseason All-American Scarlett Schremmer, 2027 LPGA Tour rookie and Sarasota resident Annabelle Pancake-Webb and Wake Forest senior All-American Macy Pate. For a complete list of tournament entries, click HERE.

The ANNIKA will feature a field of 108 of the world’s best female professional golfers competing for a share of the $3.25 million purse, one of the largest on the LPGA Tour outside of the major championships. Named after and hosted by World Golf and LPGA Hall-of-Fame member Annika Sörenstam, The ANNIKA is sponsored by Gainbridgesm, a Group 1001 company, taking place at the world-class Pelican Golf Club. The tournament will benefit several area charities in the region and the ANNIKA Foundation.

In total, the 108-player field features:

  • Three players who have been No.1 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings: Nelly Korda (current), Jin Young Ko, Lilia Vu
  • 17 major champions, including three major champions from the 2026 season
  • 22 of the 24 participants in the 2026 Solheim Cup
  • 10 winners on the 2026 LPGA Tour season
  • 60 alums of the ANNIKA Foundation
